Quick Links:
- Proof galleries are posted for 30 days and automatically expire.
- Galleries can be reposted upon request for a one week period.
- Access your gallery from the link provided to you in the invitation to view your gallery.
- The passcode is provided in your email invite - it it's not working, please let us know.
Proof Gallery Navigation, View Prices & Placing an Order
- When you enter the gallery you will be in the ‘thumbnail view’ and will be able to see all images. Click on an image to go to the single image view (you can scroll through them).To return to the thumbnail page, click on the arrow in upper left screen.
- In the thumbnail view you will see a "Quick Shop" option, as well as a "View All Products".
- It is recommended that you order by clicking on the image you want to purchase, then click "Visit Shop" so you can view all of the options.
- When you enter the shop the Packages will be listed at the top of the page. These are the most popular items bundled together and discounted 20-30%. Scroll down to view product categories (Prints, Downloads, Greeting Cards, Special Offers, Albums and Books, Home Decor, Photo Gifts). Click on the category you would like to see. Once in a category, use the orange drop down menu to see options. Also look inside the grey box below the orange menu for additional options.
- If you are choosing a multi-image product or package you will have the option to drag and drop your selections.
Having a favorites folder makes selection of products in your shopping cart easier (you can drag and drop image choices for multiple image products from your favorites).

- If you do not see your favorites folder; make sure you are logged in. Go to www.tonyaperme.com > Connect > Login
- The Client Login information will be what you set up when you started your favorites folder (not necessarily the same as your Gallery Login).

Prints, Products and Package Collections
- We offer a wide variety of prints and products.
- We also offer a few of our most popular items as bundled discounted collections.
- When you are in the single image view you will see a few featured items on the right side of the screen.
- Click “Visit Shop”.
- You will see the packaged collections on the top.
- Scroll down to view categories available.
- Click on a category to view options and sizes
- Once in a category you will be able to change the size/option via a dropdown menu (highlighted in orange)
- Orders placed within the first seven days of posting are eligible for a 10% discount. Please see your invite email for the code to enter upon checkout.
- Save even more on the bundled packages by ordering within seven days and using your 10% coupon!
- Please note; due to different vendor fulfillment orders may be split (this means they may require individual payment and will also arrive in different shipments)
- All orders are sent to the photographer for approval.
- All images ordered will be individually inspected for basic clean up, retouch and optimization. This includes: dust removal, cropping, color balance and exposure correction, removal of unwanted background details.
- Extensive retouching is available and a quote will be given upon request. Please inquire about any specific concerns.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for standard delivery of print and canvas orders.
- Brag books have 3-5 week production time
- Digital orders have 2-3 week production time
- Every effort is made to expedite all orders.
- Be sure to complete the checkout process.
- Follow the prompts for easy checkout and payment.
- If you have a Gift Certificate or Coupon you will need to input the code during checkout.
- Coupons are entered before payment
- Gift Certificate codes are entered as a payment option
- Coupons and Gift Certificate codes can be used on the same order
- Items may bill and ship separately.
- You will be able to pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal or Gift Certificate.
- If you are taken to PayPal as the only option you can still pay with a credit card (or eCheck with bank account info) by clicking the lower payment dropdown menu “Pay with credit or debit card”.
- We offer complimentary social share galleries of the images in your order. These galleries save directly to the home screen of your phone or ipad for instant, easy sharing with family and friends.
- When a private session is booked by your referral you will receive a $100 print credit to use towards online orders.

The purchase of a print or electronic image from a professional photographer does not transfer the copyright of the image. Copyright of all images produced from a photography session belongs to Tonya Perme Photography. Clients have the right to use images for personal display. If you desire to use the image for anything beyond this, please contact Tonya to ask for written permission. If you want to use an image for any commercial purposes a new licensing agreement may be negotiated, and an additional fee may apply depending on the usage. Tonya Perme Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including online portfolio, wall display, sample products and event booth display.
